Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue, and working alongside our senior sales & marketing leaders, you will play a key role in supporting RevoU's Growth engine. That is, the combination of our marketing and sales teams, who together are responsible in achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets.

As a Business Intelligence Lead for Growth, you will help our sales & marketing function in diagnosing challenges, discovering areas of improvements and unlocking additional growth levers to optimise our overall student enrollment funnel.

More specifically you will be expected to:

  • Develop and own our growth business intelligence function. Set up processes and frameworks to connect the flow of data between our marketing and sales teams. All the way from lead generation to student enrollment
  • Be the voice of truth when it comes to any type of student enrollment related data
  • Analyse our overall sales and marketing performance with the goal of constantly optimising our conversion funnel. Expecting you to drive insights through a scientific lens, based on hard data and customer insights
  • Build revenue & cost forecasting models to better predict the efficiency of our marketing spend
  • Find areas of automation across our current reporting processes
  • Own our CRM Sales Operations (data management, reporting structure, documentation, troubleshooting)

Requirements

What would the best profile looks like:

  • Live and breathe funnels: proven ability to deeply and analytically understand our whole student journey, so to be able to unlock growth opportunities in each step of our enrolment funnel. Prior experience in looking at / owning sales or marketing funnels is a big plus
  • Impressive analytical skills: not the usual “good enough analytical skills”, more like proper Goldman Sachs’ / McKinsey standards of analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable with data processing and visualization: we have a lot of information that can inform us on what we need to do next and how we can improve our performance and in order to do that you need to have the ability to process such information seamlessly
  • Highest standards: impeccable attention to details and high standards approach to your work. You can read more here on what we mean by having a culture of high standards. We also embrace the leading by example approach to management and therefore require especially our senior management to keep raising the bar when it comes to output quality and standards
  • Highly structured and process driven, with the ability of keeping the big picture in mind: the scope of work will be very broad, with an almost infinite number of variables to keep track of. You will need to prioritize what is important and optimize for it (80:20 rule), while managing your time optimally
  • Passionate about education and obsessed about seeing our students succeeding: we are building a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people. Hiring people with the same degree of genuine drive, makes everything much easier (and more fun)
  • (Bonus Points #1) Experience in data-driven performance marketing and in particular having had exposure to multiple of the following digital marketing channels: paid aids, budget allocation, marketing automation & analytics, CRM, SEO and Onsite/CRO
  • (Bonus Points #1) Prior experience in using CRM tools such as HubSpot, especially for B2C / short cycle sales
