About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be offered valuable hands-on experience in the field of recruitment, allowing you to develop your skills and gain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process. Here, you will be part of People Operations, specifically, the Talent Acquisition team, which main responsibility is to hire the right talent, which will be key in supporting RevoU’s success. In this role, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization.

More specifically, in this role you will learn and be responsible to:

  • Source for high-quality talents: identify potential candidates by utilizing various sourcing channels. This includes conducting searches, reviewing profiles, and identifying potential candidates.
  • Research the talent market: gather and analyze information about talent availability, skills and qualifications, and market trends to gain insights into the current job and talent market, from which then develop the right sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in the Job advertisement and posting: this may involve formatting postings and ensuring visibility on relevant job boards or websites.
  • Manage candidate tracking and documentation: maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in an applicant tracking system and database/trackers.
  • Support continuous improvement: work closely with Talent Acquisition Lead to improve recruitment strategies and processes. This may involve providing input on candidate profiles, participating in team meetings, and assisting with any other recruitment-related projects or initiatives.

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition: you are genuinely passionate about talent acquisition, recognizing its intrinsic value in facilitating successful matches between organizations and talented individuals, and you derive fulfillment from the process of bringing together the right people and creating opportunities for mutual success.
  • (bonus points) while not always required, it can be advantageous if you have:
    • Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or related roles.
