About the Role

Aside from our Education arm, RevoU also works with clients in providing a full-funnel performance digital marketing services focusing on effective, data-driven, and result-oriented approaches. Here, we help our clients to create digital marketing campaigns & online marketing strategies using paid ads and organic channels.

As we are aiming to grow our digital marketing services, we’re looking for a qualified Business Development (BD) Executive to help us acquire potential clients who could benefit from our digital marketing services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal BD Executive has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Leads Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Leads Nurturing: Develop relationships with leads through regular follow-ups, personalized communications, and relevant content to keep them engaged and progress them through the sales funnel.
  • Database Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information, activities, and progress in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and provide timely reports on sales metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products or services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, digital marketing team, and other stakeholders to align efforts, share insights, and continuously improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated to assess individual and team performance.

Requirements

What would the best profile look like:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and CRM software is highly desirable. Preferably from digital marketing agency.
  • Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to identify customer needs, handle objections, and effectively communicate product or service value propositions.
  • Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written: In specific, being able to build relationships and having the ability to create rapport for establishing trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and quotas. A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their work and continuously seeks improvement.
  • Relationship Building: A natural relationship builder with a strong ability to establish rapport and credibility with prospects. Able to maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the sales process.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies. Willingness to learn about new products, industries, and technologies.
