Our CEO Office - Special Projects role is designed for exceptional talent with experience, who are looking to fast-track their career by working on some of the most strategic and complex multi-functional projects within RevoU.

Expect to be working on projects which you will own from start to end. Each projects requires meticulous strategic planning & flawless execution and in most cases will require you to build a team to support the execution. You will be working directly with our CEO and Senior Leadership with the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in the education technology space. With your dedication, passion, and entrepreneurial energy we expect you to shape the growth trajectory of the company in the months and years to come.

Once the project successfully launched, the initial ramp up is achieved and the right team in place, you will be given the chance to either lead your team and scale the project or to move on to launching new projects across Southeast Asia.

The role is also a fast track to achieve a leadership positions within RevoU and we highly encourage the those who fast track a career and grow fast to apply.

Oh, and you will be based wherever you want (we are a fully distributed company).

Some example of projects you could be working on:

Launch brand new programs for our students
Experiment on new growth initiatives across partnerships, marketing channels, diverse growth hacking initiatives
Expand our product offering internationally to new target markets across the region
Select, implement, or develop technological tools to improve the operational efficiency of our internal teams
Develop tools and programs specifically targeted to some our key stakeholders such as instructors or career coaches

Requirements (aka 'what you bring to the table')

We are mainly looking for people who:

have a track record of one or multiple promotions within a short time span in fast growing mid & large sized startups (LZD, GoJek, etc)
have experience in international big tech companies (Google, Facebook, Microsoft, etc)
are former founders or very early employees of small startups. Adrenaline seekers, hungry for growth and easily bored top achievers, who want to deploy their skills in an environment which can provide them a competitive salary and coaching from seasoned tech executives and entrepreneurs
want to step out from their prestigious position in high demanding and selective companies (ie. top consulting firms) to move to a job which can give them more meaning while continuing to perform at the highest level
can show us truly exceptional achievements despite not fitting into any of the descriptions above

We also have a strong bias for hiring people who can “punch above their weight class”. That is who have the drive and qualities to step up a role, on their way to future leadership positions.

More specifically we are looking for the following skills:

Highly structured and analytical thinking, with the ability of keeping the big picture in mind: the scope of work for each project will be very broad and you will need to breakdown complex information into smaller parts, prioritizing what is important and optimizing for it (80:20 rule)
Highest standards: impeccable attention to details and high standards approach to any of your work output. You can read more here on what we mean by having a culture of high standards
Business savviness: pre-condition (necessary yet not sufficient) to excel at any of the project given will be to understand our business truly inside-out. This includes our high level strategic decision making process, the competitive arena we are in, the industry dynamics and, at a more micro level, how each function and teams impact each other.
Research skills: you will be expected to spend a lot of time, especially in the beginning, in researching the market (not only ID but worldwide) to help you come up with the best go to market strategy
Ability to get sh*t done: in each project you will be starting on your own, study the market (see point above), start executing and only after start building a team and delegating. It goes without saying that you will need to get your hands extremely dirty throughout the whole process
Extreme sense of ownership: no need to explain this one :)
