About the Role
As a Senior Growth Executive, you will be part of the AI Academy team and be responsible for formulating, coordinating, and executing enrollment strategies for various programs of RevoU AI Academy.
More specifically, you will:
- Ideate marketing strategy for our Paid & Organic channels to drive enrollment for various program offerings of RevoU AI Academy
- Work with various stakeholders of the different channels to execute the marketing strategy, including but not limited to Performance Marketing, Social Media Organic, CRM/CLM, and Referral
- Regularly evaluate and optimize performance of the different acquisition channels
- Regularly evaluate sales funnel to suggest optimization ideas and assist sales team on its execution
- Build enrollment dashboard to monitor northstar metrics of various programs and its auxiliary metrics (ie Spend, Funnel Volume, Cost per Result; break down into various channels and segments) using tools that include but not limited to BigQuery and Google Sheets
Requirements
- Superb research & strategic skills - You're expected to be very strong at conducting research and formulating a strategy based on the findings.
- Highly creative - creating new campaigns and improvement plans requires not only research but also a creative mindset and constant outside-the-box thinking. You will be expected to come up with innovative ideas to execute constantly.
- Solid understanding of data and analytics. In optimizing our marketing metrics, you will be guided by our data and analytics. You should be comfortable working with data and analytics to identify optimization points, create recommendations and implement them with the team. Hence, you should be familiar with, including but not limited to, Excel (SQL is a plus).
- Experience in any of these digital performance marketing channels, such as Paid Social Media, SEM, Youtube Ads, or GDN.
- Experience in any of these organic social media channels, such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience in building a customer journey workflow for CRM/CLM; prior experience with omnichannels tools such as Moengage, Braze, and others, is a plus point
- Great time and project management skills - You will work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, so you must manage your time between tasks and continuous improvement.
