In our first 12 months, we have launched our first program, establishing ourselves as the fastest growing online higher education platform in Indonesia, doubling our student intake every batch and facilitating hundreds of students to start their dream career in the Digital Marketing field.

To help us scale our digital marketing program to thousands of students, we are looking for someone with 5+ industry experience in leading digital marketing teams and a passion for education to be our VP of Program - Digital Marketing, reporting directly to our Founders. This is one of the most important roles within the whole organization, which will shape the company's growth trajectory for the months and years to come.

As the VP of Program, you will own the entire learning experience of our Digital Marketing Program. You will help us take our curriculum to the next level by ensuring we’re meeting the needs of hiring managers in leading tech companies and operationalizing feedback implementation based on various inputs including data, industry and job market trends, learner and instructor feedback, and much more.

You will also be responsible for the operational complexity behind our live instruction model including budget and planning, scheduling, and ongoing data analysis in order to continuously maximize efficiency and quality.

Finally, you will be expected to work hand-to-hand with all of our uber talented functional leaders across the company, respectively, in charge of our Acquisition, Admissions and Career Support teams.

More specifically you will:

  • Develop and implement innovations to our experiential learning experience to ensure students put to practice what they learn via practical assignments and real-life projects
  • Build and manage a team of in-house senior marketers
  • Own the entire instructor journey from recruiting and hiring our talented instructional staff to on-boarding and managing them to be best-in-class technical educators
  • Work with our network of instructors, advisors, and external hiring managers to ensure our curriculum and overall instructional design prepares our students to be job-ready with relevant skills adapting to the digital industry's changing needs
  • Work with our Admissions Team to perfect our applicants’ assessment process
  • Work with our Career Support Team to tailor the career support provided to our students to the specific needs of the digital marketing industry
  • Act as the subject matter expert for all instructional needs across the company (product, marketing, external partnerships, etc.)

Requirements (aka 'what you bring to the table')

  • Have a track record of leading digital marketing teams for top tech companies in either Indonesia or across Southeast Asia. This includes experience as a manager of mid to large digital marketing teams (>10 FTE)
  • Have proven technical expertise in at least 3 of the following areas of Digital Marketing: Paid Ads, Analytics, CRM, SEO, Social Media
  • Strong industry network in the digital marketing space, including hiring managers and senior marketers with a passion for teaching
  • Experience in teaching and/or curriculum design ideally in a remote environment and in the digital marketing field
  • Data-driven mindset and proven ability to perform relevant data analyses, draw key insights, and use data to form and execute a strategy
  • Experience working in a high-paced environment that iterates on weekly or monthly cycles rather than semester or annual cycles
