As an Admissions Counselor you will be part of our Admissions Team, which is handling every month thousands of student applications.

You will be the first and main point of contact for hundreds of applicants that you will be guiding throughout the entire admissions process.

More specifically your role will consist in:

  • Enthusiastically reach out to a high volume of new applicants daily to guide them through the Admissions process
  • Respond to questions throughout various forms of communication including phone, whatsapp & email
  • Provide prospective students application status information, general information, application process information, program specific information.
  • Assist prospective students throughout the whole admissions and enrollment process
  • Master the use of internal systems and applications in order to become more efficient in your daily activities

Admissions is one of the key component of our business and you will therefore have a direct impact on the overall growth and success of the company

You will be spending most of your time talking to candidates, understanding their worries and dreams, while providing them with the most accurate information about how our program works and how it will benefit their careers. You might need to persuade some of them and cheer up some other that we won't be able to enroll.

You love making sure processes are followed and every detail is accurate. You are tireless in reminding others to make sure that all the T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted. It bothers you if anything is out of place.
