We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to own our full recruitment process and further push the quality bar of our hiring. Someone obsessed in finding extraordinary talent to embark on our ambitious journey together.

Based wherever you will want to (we are a fully distributed company), you will work directly with our CEO & Co-Founder to shape and drive our Talent Acquisition efforts.

You will be charged with finding the most talented and interesting candidates who can further complement the current talent pool of RevoU

We are looking for a driven, innovative and experienced individual that can demonstrate us to be able to punch above her/his weight class. That is, someone looking to step up her/his current role to accelerate her/his career growth.

More specifically you will:

    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process – from employer branding, sourcing, pre-screening to negotiating and finalising the contract with candidates
    • Serve as a liaison point for hiring managers to identify staffing needs and educating hiring managers on ‘best practice’ recruitment processes and policies
    • Develop proactive recruitment strategies including talent pools and appropriate networks based on headcount projections
    • Build long term partnerships with universities, students association & other companies to further expand our talent pool
    • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
    • Leveraging your networks and superior search skills to plan for upcoming vacancies and succession planning
    • Drive analysis of market activities, movements and trends and provide insight to the management team
    • Work closely with our marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives to raise the awareness of RevoU as one of the best places to work in Indonesia
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive Talent Acquisition projects

    Requirements (aka 'what you bring to the table')

    • Unconditional passion for finding and trying to convince the most impressive talent in Indonesia (and outside of ID) to join us in our crazy ambitious journey
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
    • Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
    • Excellent communication (Bahasa + English) and interpersonal skills, able to interact well with internal hiring managers and colleagues from HR and other departments and external stakeholders (career services from universities, etc)
    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within a startup
    • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
    • (strong bonus point) Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar for Startups and digital roles (in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment)
    • Passionate about education and obsessed about seeing our students succeed: we want to build a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people
